That's really neat. Hardly ever found an obverse with a hand coming out of the sky reaching down to put a wreath.  I do think Carter will be the final Presidential coin. I also feel that Congress will make a commemorative coin with all the other Presidents soon after Clinton. They could incorporate one in mint or proof sets but I doubt they’ll m
